Are you in a place in your life where part of it feels limiting or exhausting?

For years we have been exposed to self help and motivational instruction that focuses heavily on the physical world. For some, this has been highly effective while for others this hasn't always been the case. Why is that? I believe that success comes to those who have the manifesting mindset. What is the manifesting mindset?

It's simply thinking in a way that is in harmony with the universe.

It starts with asking, then the universe begins to bring all of the components together to bring it to you in the physical.

What often gets in the way is our resistance. 

Allow yourself to receive the abundance of the Universe. Allow yourself to receive the energy of unconditional love without fear. Allow yourself to receive the energy and the true love and healing of who you are.

 

 

Manifestation rituals are often personal and can vary based on individual beliefs and preferences. The idea behind a manifestation ritual is to focus your thoughts and intentions on what you want to bring into your life. Here's a general guide for creating a manifestation ritual:

1. Ask:
Begin by clarifying what you want to manifest. Be specific and positive in your wording. Instead of saying, "I don't want to be stressed," say, "I am attracting calm and positive energy into my life."

2. Create a Sacred Atmosphere:
Light candles, burn incense, or use essential oils to create a sacred and calming atmosphere. This helps you focus your energy and create a positive environment.

3. Meditation or Visualization:
Spend a few minutes meditating or visualizing your goals. Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and imagine yourself already experiencing what you want to manifest. Feel the emotions associated with achieving your desires.

4. Write It Down:
Write your intentions on paper. Use positive language and be specific. For example, if you're manifesting a new job, you might write, "I am grateful for my fulfilling and well-paying job."

5. Affirmations:
Repeat affirmations related to your intentions. Affirmations should be positive, present-tense statements. For example, "I am confident and successful."

6. Appreciation:
Express appreciation for what you already have. This positive energy can attract more positive things into your life. 

7. Symbolic Actions:
Include symbolic actions in your ritual. This could be lighting a special candle, placing a crystal on your written intentions, or creating a vision board with images that represent your goals.

8. Release and Trust:
Let go of any doubts or fears. Trust that the universe is working in your favor. Release your intentions with confidence and openness to receive what you desire.
