Uncovering possible food allergies, and reducing toxic exposure is key.
If you're dealing with a ton of symptoms - brain fog, fatigue, low energy, headaches, skin issues, poor digestion, difficulty putting on or losing weight, just to name a few, it's possible you have a food allergy/sensitivity, autoimmune disease, thyroid issue, hormone imbalance or another underlying health problem.
You may not be sure what to do or where to start to finally feel better, and it's possible this has been an on going issue in your life for a while now.
Either way, in order to begin the process of discovering the cause of your symptoms, its important to uncover if you indeed have a food sensitivity/allergy and make adjustments to your diet. Typical culprits are: gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, and sugar. All cause inflammation which in turn causes symptoms as your body is trying to fight off perceived invaders.
You may be feeling overwhelmed with all of the changes that you may have to make. I hear you, I was you once.
I can tell you, having a HUGE bread obsession and a real love for cheese, that breaking up with these two beloved foods was a real adjustment. But, what I do know is that it's possible. The key is to take it slow and develop new habits and learn how to eat in a whole new way that will begin to help you feel better and hopefully heal.
You may also be wanting to explore looking into your toxic exposure to help in your journey. This could be changing to more natural means to do laundry, use less toxic household cleaners, safer personal care products and reducing exposure to Electromagnetic Frequencies (EMF). Now, I can say this is also very possible, but know you cannot eliminate ALL exposure.
The best you can do is to limit exposure that is in line with the reality of living in a world where you cannot control all of the environments you are exposed to. But you can do some simple switcheroos that will go a long way in assisting your body in its desire to find balance.
You need to give yourself permission to take it slow in order to learn how to live a different lifestyle.
The desire to go all in is part of your superpower-ness, but can leave you overwhelmed because you haven't learned how to live the lifestyle yet. It takes time to learn how to do life differently, so be patient with yourself, allow space for grace and one thing at a time boo.
Rome wasn't built in a day, nor is your health. Just as it took time to become unhealthy, it takes time to rebuild and become healthy again.

Discover Foods That May Be Causing Symptoms & Inflammation:
If you are experiencing a ton of symptoms such as brain fog, low energy, fatigue, skin issues, headaches, congestion, gut issues, muscle aches, hair loss or difficulty losing or keeping weight on, you may have a serious food allergy or intolerance.
In order to know which foods are causing the symptoms you want to start with the main 7: gluten (wheat), dairy, soy, eggs, sugar, alcohol and caffeine.
- Eliminate these foods for at least 3-4 weeks
- Slowly add back in each food one at a time for 2-3 days and look for symptoms to appear
- If symptoms appear, stop eating that food.
If you have not done this before and this is all new to you, once you have discovered which foods are causing you symptoms, consult with your doctor about next steps which may include blood tests for your thyroid, hormone imbalance or possible autoimmune condition. You may also be in need of supplementation.

- Exercise. This is one of the best ways to reduce stress and improve mood. Follow suggestions from below on how to get started.
- Meditation: start with just 5-10 minutes a day sitting cross legged on floor, breathe deeply and focus on breath.
- Take time for you and enjoy a 20 minute soak in an Epsom Salt bath 3 times a week. The magnesium from the salt helps detoxify. Add lavender essential oil to help you relax.
- Just start with one day a week for 30 minutes and work your way up to 2-3 days as you go. The more you integrate activity slowly into your lifestyle, the easier it is to sustain it for the long haul.
- Do something fun that you enjoy. The plain and simple truth is that if you find it a pain literally and figuratively, you won't do it.
- If you need accountability and encouragement, partner up with a friend or join a group workout.
