The Soul Sanctuary Transformation Path
The success path is the framework for the membership. It will be much like the seasons of change. Starting with Awareness, then Connection, Integration, and finally Embody. I view the transformation path as the foundation of the membership, the guide posts to moving through change. It's here to be your guide that you can refer to for next steps.Â
Each pillar will have content specific for it's stage. There will be milestones for you to refer to as markers letting you know when it's time to move forward to focus on the content of the next Pillar.
Â
I. Awareness
You’ll develop an awareness of emotions, thoughts and defense mechanisms that prevent you from moving forward. These are often behaviors or habits that keep your life on autopilot. By recognizing the triggers, you’re able to start to make changes. But you also become aware of your strengths so you can begin to identify what to do more of.
We’ll explore what's keeping you stuck and living within the expectations of others, which will help you move forward in alignment with who you want to become.
Â
Milestones:
If you answer yes to all of these, its time to move on to the next stage on the transformation path.
You have become aware of what fears are getting in the way of your moving forward.
You have identified patterns of thoughts, emotional reactions, and behaviors that impact your relationships.
You have been able to become more familiar with your emotional triggers and now want to explore what they are connected to.
You have identified your strengths, unique ways of thinking and behaving that inform your choices.
Â
II. Connection
This stage looks at the behavior patterns of the past, and any triggers connected to pain, past experiences, and possibly trauma. This will not be a place to go deep into any serious trauma if you have it, but more to look into any defense mechanisms that come up frequently that get in the way of moving forward, or making change. We’ll also examine your fears due to failed relationships or your career.Â
Once you can identify these, you’ll discover how to re-connect with yourself, to your inner voice. How the stories you believe about yourself are connected to your childhood and aren’t true. You’ll get to know who you really are and connect to your intuition - including the little-known direct link between your gut and your brain, which leads to a greater sense of self-trust so you feel confident to make difficult decisions in the future.
Â
Milestones:
If you answer yes to all of these, its time to move on to the next stage on the path
You have been able to identify the patterns of behavior connected to your emotional reactions and thoughts.Â
You have deeper understanding of the origin of your fear and possible past traumas and how this is connected to your behaviors and choices.
You have been able to begin to connect with yourself on a deeper level by going within, beginning to listen to your inner voice and its guidance.Â
Â
III. Integration
Fear stops us from taking action towards a better future. Here we’ll look at ways to challenge your fears so you can face your past and integrate it into your present. Being in the present helps your mind/body/spiritual connection and moves you forward holistically.Â
When you understand how energy works, you’ll have a newfound confidence in your strengths and capabilities. New job? Oh yes! A relationship that makes you happy? Hell, yeah! You’ll even learn the small change a client made to her diet that helped her lose 30 lbs and have more energy throughout the day.
